National Realty & Development Corp., (NRDC) is pleased to announce that new pad buildings will be constructed at Liberty Square Center and Hadley Center in New Jersey.
McDonald’s will be joining Liberty Square Center in Burlington, NJ with a newly constructed, stat-of-the-art 3,911sf building on one of the shopping center’s outparcels. Sam Kates from GK Commercial Realty represented the tenant. Liberty Square Center is a 380,383 square foot shopping center located at 2200 anchored by Walmart Supercenter, Acme, Marshalls and Toys ‘R’ Us.
White Castle has extended their lease at Hadley Center in South Plainfield, NJ and will be demolishing their existing building to redevelop a new 2,822 redesigned prototype featuring a new brick and stone façade. Interior renovations will modernize the eating area, kitchen and restrooms. Hadley Center is a 540,152 square foot power center located on Stelton Road and anchored by Target, Regal Cinemas, Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshall’s.
Additionally, two of NRDC’s long-standing pad tenants have also extended their leases. Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill has extended their 5,000sf lease at Orange Plaza in Middletown, NY and AutoZone has extended their 6,000sf lease at Liberty Square Center.
